Basic Driver Improvement - 4 Hours Course                                                         

B.D.I. is a four hour traffic course available online or on-site. It is designed to teach drivers how to avoid collisions and to reduce traffic/safety violations. Participants completing the course as an elective under F.S. 318.14(a) must pay the citation and notify the Court of intent to complete the B.D.I. Course prior to class enrollment. Insurance companies consider attendance at this class favorably if the driver is cited for a moving violation. Completion of B.D.I. one time per year is permissible in avoiding points on the driving record.  

Drivers are limited in the number of times of traffic school elections they may make in order to avoid points, to no more than 5 in a lifetime.

Commercial drivers License applications are ineligible for a B.D.I. Class

Save on INSURANCE PREMIUMS as much as 15% with some companies. Simply register on line once a year, complete the B.D.I. course, receive your certificate and copy your insurance carrier with your course certificate.
